What is your return policy?
If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit.All requests for returns must be made within 3 days upon receipt of the goods. Once the return is approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached. Once you receive the label you will have 7 days to send the return to us. Please note free return labels are only available for items being shipped within 48 continental states.
Returns are only allowed for unworn merchandise in their original packaging, with hangers, polybags, garment tapes, and hang tags attached.
Are your items used?
Everything we sell is 100% brand new, never worn or damaged.
How much is your shipping?
Shipping charges depends on what you order.
How long does it take for you to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday only. Processing includes payment and order confirmation and packing for shipping via USPS or UPS. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Why is my order on hold?
Some orders may be put on hold due to insufficient information from our customer such as billing, payment and/or shipping information. Our customer will be contacted by email in other to collect any additional information that might be relevant to complete the order. This may delay the order process from 1 or 2 business days.
Why did I receive an email asking for a replacement item from my previous order?
In the event that some items in your order are out of stock or unavailable, we will try to contact you via email and have you replace the item before we complete and ship it. Please allow an additional 1 or 2 business days for processing. If we do not hear from you within 1 or 2 days, then we will proceed to ship the order as is and refund your original form of payment for the items that were not shipped.
My credit/debit card payment did not go through but why do I see it deducted from my account?
It means there was an attempt to make a purchase using the card but then we were not allowed to take the payment because of a mismatch on the billing address or the CVV code. It is a pending charge that should clear out of your account in 3 to 5 business days.
What if my package arrives damage due to the postal service?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) as soon they arrive, if you notice any damage you should take notes, also send photos to the email on our contact page within 3 days after received. We will process your return as soon as possible.
